Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Clean Ride apps, websites, and services (the "Service"), operated by Clean Everything Inc. ("Clean Ride," "we," "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What Clean Ride is

Clean Ride is a technology platform that connects car owners ("Customers") with independent car washes and detailers ("Washes") and processes bookings and payments. Clean Ride does not own, operate, or perform the car wash services. Each Wash is an independent business solely responsible for the services it provides.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for activity under your account. Keep your login (including one-time codes) secure.

3. Bookings & payments

• When you book, your payment method is authorized for the price shown. Prices and services are set by each Wash.
• Payment is captured when the Wash marks the service complete. Payments are processed by Stripe; by booking you also agree to Stripe's terms.
• Clean Ride charges a service fee, which may be included in the price shown at checkout.
• You are responsible for arriving at (or making your vehicle available at) the booked time.

4. Cancellations & no-shows

Cancellation and no-show terms may vary by Wash and are shown at or before booking. A Wash may charge for missed or no-show appointments in accordance with those terms. If a Wash cannot perform a booked service, you will not be charged for that service, or you will be refunded as applicable.

5. For car wash partners

• Washes set their own menu, prices, hours, and capacity, and may accept or decline booking requests.
• Washes agree to perform booked services professionally and to honor the prices and times they publish.
• Payouts are made to the Wash's connected bank account through Stripe, less the applicable Clean Ride service fee. Washes are responsible for their own taxes, licenses, insurance, and employees.
• Washes are responsible for their customers' vehicles while in their care, consistent with applicable law.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to defraud, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to it, or by using it for any unlawful purpose or to infringe others' rights.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, content, and trademarks, is owned by Clean Everything Inc. or its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. The car wash services are performed by independent Washes, not by Clean Ride, and we do not warrant the quality, safety, or outcome of any service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clean Ride will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from services performed by a Wash. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid through the Service in the three months before the claim, or $100.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clean Everything Inc. and its officers, employees, and agents from claims and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for disputes will be the state or federal courts located in Texas, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
